 ABOUT ME
As a child, around the age of 3, I had
a friend named Annie. She was my constant companion. Imagine my
confusion when the adults and siblings in my life told me she wasn’t
real, that they could not see her or hear her. I was told she was
‘imaginary’ and a great grandmother suggested to my parents that I
be institutionalized. I am so glad my parents didn’t take that
advice!
At
this young age, while riding in a car, I was able to direct the
driver - usually my mother - to any destination. I received the
information through ‘Annie’ and would relay it to the driver. My
family was entertained by my sense of direction and stories of Annie
but saw it as nothing more then creative play. They dismissed the
fact that I would tell them when the phone was going to ring and who
would be on the other end of that phone call. There was a lack of
recognition of psychic abilities therefore I wasn’t supported or
encouraged to develop my talents and my connection to Annie
disappeared.
 It was during my college
years that I began working on psychic development. Over the years my
intuition became stronger and I began listening to it. Around 1990
my brother introduced me to greater psychic development and taught
me about grounding and meditation. He inspired me to take my psychic
development higher and higher. I became aware that somehow I just
knew things; the information was just there in my brain. It was
determined that without a doubt I was clairsentient. I still didn’t
think there was anything special about this skill. I wanted to ’see’
things. I wanted to be clairvoyant.
In the mid 1990’s I experienced
several critical events, truly the worst period of my life which
lasted about 10 years. During this time it really was sink or swim
and I began to rely on the things my brother had taught me. I have
two beautiful daughters that I was raising and they needed me.
Meditation was my shelter from the storm. I discovered Reiki and
became a practitioner. During Reiki sessions I would pick up
messages from the client or sense others around them. I thought I
was imagining all of this until one day I conferred with a client.
She was stunned that I knew the things that I revealed to her.
During this long, dismal period of my life, I met Janice Olson, ATP ®.
She introduced me to the angelic realm, gave me many accurate,
directive readings and essentially was a guiding force leading me to
where I am today.
 As
a result of that challenging time, I became a licensed, nationally
certified massage therapist, met and married an incredibly warm,
loving, supportive and encouraging man. My daughters and I not only
survived very difficult situations, we developed an inner strength
that continues to benefit us. I’ve become completely open and
accepting of my clairsentient, intuitive ways. I now understand that
the images, impressions and intuitions I pick up are not my
imagination. I have been communicating with DLO’s all along without
realizing what I was doing.
I have studied mediumship with Janice
Olson, ATP®, Laurel Bleadon-Maffei, M.A., ATP® and Her husband Wes
Maffei, ATP®, Certified Medium.
I feel blessed to have found this path
of being able to connect those on this side to their Deceased Loved
Ones. It is wonderful knowing that we have so many companions on the
other side. I have met many interesting DLO’S who have shared
humorous antidotes, intimate details and beautiful messages.
